AMENDMENT TO THE POLICY

Custard Shop Official has the right to amend these Policies from time to time to comply with law or to meet its changing business requirements. Any amendments to the Returns and Refund Policy will apply to any order registered after the amended Policy come into effect and are posted on the www.custardshop.co.uk website.

LOST/DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

We will refund any products which have been lost in transit if you notify us via e-mail at custardshopofficial@gmail.com. This is processed case by case, meaning items may be chargeable to be refunded. E.g., if the item is delayed in transit owing to extenuating circumstances, then this may affect your case for a refund. Please see the Custard Shop Official Delivery policy for further information

REFUND PROCEDURE

Custard Shop Official ask that buyers contact the team within 14 days via the sites contact form, or via their Customer Account and attach a picture of the fault and include the reason for Return in the subject header. Only Goods purchased through the www.custardshop.co.uk website are eligible for a return and subsequent refund.  Any Goods returned must be in a state fit for their resale and in their original packaging. Details will be provided once the refund process is initiated by the customer.

You have the right to return the Goods, without any reason within 14 working days from the receipt of purchase. Where the return is not owing to the product (Goods) defect or an error committed by Custard Shop Official, you will be required to pay shipping fees.
