unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders after the order has been placed, as orders are processed to be shipped immediately.

UK DELIVERY

We aim to provide the best possible service and delivery schedule for our customers, and in doing so, select our couriers based upon both quality and value. The below shipping guides provide an estimate based upon production capacity, supply schedules, and cross-border and/or state processing times.

DUTIES AND TAXES

EU DELIVERY

Orders being sent to countries within the EU will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. If necessary, you will be required to pay the fees to release your order from customs, so it can be successfully delivered. You should receive the customs invoice via post or email from the shipping carrier.

Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities. These fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, Custard Shop has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.

USA DELIVERY

Orders to the USA may be subject to duties and taxes, which are calculated by your local customs authorities. These fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, Custard Shop has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount. 

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

Orders to Australia & New Zealand may be subject to duties and taxes, which are calculated by your local customs authorities. These fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, Custard Shop has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount. Australian Duty amounts to approximately 5% of the Value of Item and Goods Tax 10% of the Total Value (Value of Item + Shipping Cost). New Zealand Duty amounts to 15% of the Value of the Item but Customs do not collect any duty, fees or GST unless the value of your item/shipment is over NZ$1000. 

JAPAN DELIVERY

Orders to Japan may be subject to duties and taxes, which are calculated by your local customs authorities. These fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, Custard Shop has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS 

All orders are shipped from the UK. Delivery is made using one or several of our delivery partners (see Terms and Conditions), as indicated in the checkout. We may use different couriers across different regions in working to guarantee the highest quality service and fastest delivery.
